Adam assisted by Jack acted for a client who was knocked off his motorbike as he was proceeding correctly down a main road when a car pulled out for a side road and didn’t see him. The client suffered a bad leg injury resulting in the need for plastic surgery and a skin graft. Fortunately the client didn’t need any time off work as he worked from home for himself anyway. We managed to obtain a settlement of £42,500 for the client for his injuries and repair costs of the motorbike were paid in addition.
